History: Mayhem was created by the government in a lab. He was tortured and tested with human drugs, and inturn Mayhem rebelled once his wings grew out. The government turned him over to dog fighters, who thought they had won the jackpot when they discovered a winged wolf. What they got was an escape artist with a bad mouth, so they sewed it shut when he turned 3. He eventually escaped and removed the stitches himself. Now, many fear him and think he is insane.
