Cool crisp air of the earlie morning breeze hit Suns face as she stepped through the portal, hey usually gray eyes a bright green. Not far behind her where two guards and one messenger, with a few scrolls. All of them having bad news. Suns ears where back and the air around her was so thick with anger you could feel it. She pulled her green cloak over her body, blocking the breeze that only irritated her more. The two dragons behind her dared not say a word, and only followed her to the front of the town. But, sadly, the poor old messenger had to follow her to her castle office. Sun actually had no idea what the letters had in them, but knew when they said 'bad news' that the meant really bad news. She pushed through the crowd, ignoring the friendly smiles and bows of the towns 'folk. Sun glanced back, making sure the dragon kept her pace behind her, and also counting the scrolls. 4. She had four scrolls filled with bad news. Oh joy.

Sun stormed up the steps that led to her office, opening the door and holding it open for her, then closing it and locking it. She walked over to her desk, her chair seeming to call to her, even though she might not be doing much sitting.
"Alright, hurry it up." She growled, taking her cloak off and hanging it on the back of her chair. The Dragon sighed, opening up the first scroll.
"Dear Sunaria, Queen of U-"
"Just get on with it." Sun snapped, her eyes almost glowing. The poor young female was trying to hard not to tremble from Suns anger, and cleared her throat, putting the scroll down.
"The other clans heard of you...making a new world. And they all agreed on having a meeting with you." A loud splintering sound came from Suns desk as she dug her nails into the wood. She lifted her hand, realizing what she was doing.
"Whats next?" She hissed, her ears completely back now.
"Well the second one says that...one of 'us' has been spotted by the humans. It was on the human television, their papers, and everything. They have started a search..."
"WHAT?!" Sun roared, standing up, her eyes blazing. "WHO WAS IT?!" She demanded, pounding her fist on the desk. The female couldn't controll her trembles, and handed Sun a 'photograph' That was taken from the paper. Sun snatched the picture up and glared at it. All she could make out was the colors white and red.
"Thats not one of Ushinari." She mumbled, studying the markings. "They havn't gotten our markings." She growled, putting the picture down. And running her hand through her hair.
"The third one is from Shran." She said with a tremble. Suns ears perked up.
"And what does it say?" She demanded.
"It says that he has left Ushinari on personal buisness, and wont be back for a while." Sun snarled softly. Where could he have gone, why didn't he tell her he was leaving? What is going on!
"When is the meeting and where is it being held?" She asked, holding her head.
"They are meeting on earth, in a secret cave in the ocean. In two days, at high noon." She said, the tremble slowly leaving.
"Which ocean?" She asked, her ears twitching.
"What the humans call 'Gulf of Mexico', they will have a few dragons hovering about to signal you over." She added, rolling up all the scrolls and laying them on Suns desk.
Sun sighed. "Alright, out with you." She grumbled, rubbing her temples. Oh Shran, you just had to leave when I most need you. She thought, opening up his scroll and looking at his writing, wishing he was there.

Frost sat at the lowest branch he could while still being out of reach of the humans bows and arrows. "Hahahaha! Pathetic! Try as you will you are just to weak. Oh whats this?" He pointed his claw at one of them and his hands were frozen to the very bow he was holding. Seeing the reaction of the human made Frost almost fall out of his tree laughing.

FROST!!!

"HOLY SHIT!" He fell to a lower branch at the near shriek of Sun. He turned into his wolf form, balancing perfetly. His white, blue tipped fur glowing in the light. With an expert leap, brought on out of boredom from nothing to do now that the clan has been moved, Again. He ran all the way to the caslte, and continued up the steps. Sure the villagers had given him looks, the cousin of the queen running in a wolf form. As a child the looks ment everything, now he could care less. He slammed his head againt the door, forgetting there was little to no traction on the tiled floor. Moaning, he laid there stunned.

Suns ears perked up, hearing the crash. She got up from her desk and walked over, opening the door to see Frost sitting there, and with a large dent in the wooden door. Her ears laid back.
"And you'd think you would know by now." She grumbled, flicking her hand so that a green light excaped her claws and attatched its self to the dent in the door. Creaking and popping sounds where heard as the dent started to fix its self. She held the door open for Frost to trot in, then closed it, the sound of the creaking stopping.
"We are going to a meeting. So I need you to prepare for it, as in shine your weapons, pick out appropriet clothing, excetra." She stated, walking over to her desk and putting the scroll from Shran in the droor.

"We will leave at sunrise tomorrow, so eat as much as you need to make the trip. I don't want to hear you complaining the whole way." She added, looking up at him
"Understand?" She demanded, sitting back down and looking at him, waiting for his reply.

Frost yawned, and turned back into his regular form. "Whats wrong with what i have on?" He said lazily scratching the back of his head. Though seeing Sun's anger peak he stretched, "Chill, hehe, Ill go get ready." He waved to her as he turned and left. What am I going to wear? Frost searched in the very back of his closet and found an old outfit. Memories came back in a flash. These were his dads old clothes, and once they were on, he saw they fit him perfectly. Polish my weapons? Ones wood, and the rest is just ice..... Well not even hungry so time to sleep. Ignoring that his bed was a mess, he plopped down and laid there, staring at the cieling... I can never sleep when i really want to... Ugh!

Sun checked her desk, making sure every thing was all organized and neat so next time she sat down she wouldn't have to dig for stuff. She got up, closing the dark black curtains to cover the window, and walked to the door, her thoughts wandering to the question she'd asked her self a thousand times, Where was Shran? She shook her head, closing the door and locking it, putting the key back in her cloak. She ran her hand along the wood, checking the place where the dent was, making sure it was alright. Seeing that it was okay, she stood up and walked down the hall, her foot steps echoing softly off the walls. There was an eerie stillness in the air, but she couldn't figure out why. Her ears laid back and her sensed went up, her ears listening and making out the slightests sounds. She continued walking, not seeming to detect anything.
But of course, there was nothing there. The fact that Shran was gone had made her more paranoid then before, and making her jumpy. She took a deep breath, giving her self a mental shrug before entering her room. She flicked her claws, the candles on the wall errupting in a green flame, lighting up the dark room. She walked in her closet, pulling out one of her favorite dresses. She smiled, looking at it. It was one of the traditional dresses, only worn on special occasions. She folded it up neatly and laid it on the dresser, picking out a pair of shoes that matched it.
She quickly changed out of her clothes and into her sleep ware and laid in the bed, staring at the ceiling.

Frost, seeing as sleep was out of reach, headed down to the kitchen. Weird, pretty boy Shran isn't here. Must be why Sun chose me to come with her.... Once in the kitchen he ordered a plate of his favorites, and most of Sun's. Might as well feed her.... Tray in hand he went up the stairs to his cousins room. Knocking softly so not to sound like it was an emergency. "Wake up sleeping beauty!" He called in from his position against the wall. Sun seemed really uneasy earlier... i should ask whats wrong... that is IF She opens this blasted door. He added with a louder knock.

Loud knocking made Sun jump, throwing her covers off and immediately sending into attack mode. Her eyes lit up as she walked to the door, her heart pumping, getting ready for a fight.
She expanded her mind barriers to see who was on the other side of the door. She let out a loud breath and straightened up, figuring out that it was just Frost.
She yanked the door open, her ears back in frustration.
"What?" She demanded, annoyed that she was woken up right before she was about to fall asleep.
"What do you want?" She demanded again, becoming impatient.

"Oh nice to see you too Sunshine. You said eat something, so why not a picnic like we did when we were hatchlings? Just sit on the bed and stuff out faces?" He smiled, a rare thing now a days. Memories of when he and Sun would torment Shran and Kelly. The pranks they played on the village elders. Once setting a living trees root on fire just to watch it dance around knocking into others and causing a giant fight. He missed those old days when Sun was more fun, and had more time, not having to worry about being attacked or something stupid like that.

Sun opened her mouth to say 'no', but the emotions of Frost stopped her. She frowned, being reminded of yet her own memories. She blinked.
"Alright." She said, letting a faint smile across her face.
"So what do you have?" She asked, plopping down on the bed and looking at the food bundle Frost had.
She bit back a frown, realizing that, since her parents died, she had lost her 'spirit'. She pressed her lips together.
Not your fault that all this stuff happened. She thought angrily, glancing at Frost to see if he caught on to her emotions. She straightened her back. It was none of his buisness what he thought, so he better not ask what was wrong.
She let out a soft breath. "Just stop it." She murmerd to herself as she let out the breath.

"Stop what?" He said as he sat down on her bed. "Come on crack a smile, its my job to be moody." He stuck two strips of meat in his nose and twitched it, while crossing his eyes. It used to work back when they were kids. Whats with her? ... maybe she is just missing pretty boy Shran. He sighed and rolled on his back and looked at her. Forgetting the meat was still in his nose, he spoke with a rather ridiculous voice. "Eat up before my nose does"

"Nothing." She lied, forcing a smile.
She raised an eyebrow, trying to swallow a laugh at Frosts face.
"And I'm related to you?" She chuckled, picking up and apple and throwing it at him, turning into a small black cat and jumping away before he could throw something back.
She stuck her small tongue out at him, her large bright green eyes lighted up with energy.
You know, I don't even feel like sleeping any more. How about a run through the village? She asked, giving him a look that said 'unless your too tired.' But not in a really way that cared, in a way that said 'I'll go either way'.
She let out a small 'meow' before running out the door, her claws tapping on the stone floor, echoing down the hall.

Frost turned into a little White and light blue husky puppy. With an excited yelp, he jumped off the bed after his cousin. Feeling as if they were kids again. Think your fast? Knowing her reply would be something like "Think it? I know it," or something. He laughed as he was hot on her heels, more like nipping at them. She jumped up on a banister and slid down the railing to the ground level. Frost, not seeing, fell down the stairs but quickly regained his stride. Resuming the chase, he decided to increase his annoyance level with the city by Accidentally tripping people, running over feet, or scarring chickens. He yipped aloud a laugh at their angry shouts.

Sun glanced up, seeing the sun was starting to rise. She stretched out, curling her fluffy black tail in and then turning back into her regular form.
"Well I say we better head out." She said, looking towards the portal.
She looked in her cloak, making sure she had every thing, then looked at Frost, sending a silent question of 'do you have your things ready?'

With a reluctlant sigh, and regaining his moody persona, he changed with her. "Yeah i guess. So where the heck Are we going?" He dusted off his jacket, straightening the shirt under it. And finishing it off my brushing the hair back into his face to complete his overall look he portayed when ever they were around people. Just hope you will be more like your old self..... you're either with Shran all day or shut up in that damn office of yours. He turned away, not wanting to see if she had read his mind or not. Frankly wishing she hadn't, but right now he didnt care.

Sun frowned, looking up at the dark sky that was slowly lighting up.
"Some where near the 'Gulf of Mexico." She said, knowing that one of the other clan dragons would wave them over.
"Lets get going before sun rises." She added, walking towards the field where the portal was.
She walked up the steps blinking while her eyes started to ajust to the bright moving green light of the portal.
"'Ya ready?" She asked, chuckling softly, then diving into the glowing light.

Who knows. She thought back, turning into the large black dragon right after she set foot on the edge of the volcano.
With one mighty leap, and a few flaps of her giant wings, she was air born. Gaining altitude by the second.
We are about to find out though. She added, getting above the clouds and letting the current carry her.

Frost took a running leap. As he free fell he turned into a smaller version of Sun's form. It was a bit faster and more agile. The feel of speed was always welcomed to him. What not going to say high to your Other pet? He laughed as the volcano grew smaller in the distance. Growing bored of just flying there, he started to swerve. Flapping a bit, he flew over Sun, then under, Just going in a circle. An air born Mexican Hat dance. ".... Da dada-dada-da da daaa! Da dada-dada-da da daaa." Absent mindlessly, he sang as they flew to the Gulf of Mexico.

Sun kept an eye on Frost, not wanting to run into him while flying. But, she still managed to stick her snake tongue out at him, letting a loud rumbling noise out, it seeming to be a laugh. Since, well, Dragons can't laugh.

Sun scanned the horizon, the salty smell of the Ocean under her making her nose burn slightly. She sent a mental noise at Frost, telling him to look out for the dragon that would signal her. She looked around, and, there! The flash of one of a dragon fly out of the water.
Brace yourself, strange ones they are. She thought to Frost, turning into a more agile/smaller dragon and flying over.

Sun felt the weight of his mind try and enter hers, the pressure of his own mind pushing on hers. She narrowed her eyes, raising her lip. She did not want him in her mind. Not even to talk to her.
He snorted, his red eyes filled with aggravation. He dived into the water, followed by Sun.

Frost dove into the water after the two. Sensing Sun's irritation, he swam up and bumped the other dragon giving him a warning rumble. Fuck with her bud and i will make sure you are eating mush for a decade! Making sure he was in between the two. He made sure his dislike toward the other was obvious even if Sun did not approve.

Sun bit back a laugh at Frosts reaction, and kept swimming behind the escort.

Straighten up when we get to the meeting. We don't wan't them thinking we are foolish children. She ordered, bringing back the stern look in her eyes and swam on.

A faint light glowed in the dark. She narrowed her eyes, seeing it was a bright white orb of light.
She bit back a growl, knowing who's light that was.
Anger and hatred filled every bone in her body.

That was the Son of the man who killed Suns parents.

Frost laughed, or at least snorted bubbles. Technically we are most likely younger then those we are meeting... Frost stalled in what he was saying when he felt like he was hit with a cascade of boiling water. Sun looked P.I.S.S.E.D! but he couldn't worry about that now, there was a strange light up a head and Sun's eyes were fixed on it. Frost looked from the light to Sun again, Someones going to get a dagger up the ass, and its Noooot my cousin. He sang, knowing the look in her eyes. Oh yeah, who ever it was, was going to get the snot beaten out of them, head chopped off, and it shoved down their neck hole.

Sun swam on, ignoring Frost and the Escorts reaction to her sudden burst of anger.

She dug her claws into the soft sand and walked towards the other awaiting dragons.

Good evening. She sent to them all, making sure to keep away from him

One of the older dragons nodded in Hello and walked off, leading them to a large bubble of air where 5 other dragons where swimming around it, giving it their energy to keep it up.

Sun walked in, shaking the water off of her scales and turning back into her ANTHROmorphical form. Walking silently to the table, she sat down, getting ready for the questioning that was sure to come.

The other Kings and Queens of the clans sat down and all looked at her, expecting her to say something. Sun kept her face straight, showing no emotion, and guarding her mind completely.

"So Sunaria," The oldest dragon drolled.
"How has life been? Is that the new King of Ushinari?" He asked, nodding to Frost.

Suns ears twitched.

"No. I have not mated yet. That is only my cousin" She said, holding back so she didn't hiss it at him."

He nodded slowly.

"So, lets get to the point. We hear you've made your own world?" He asked, the look in his eye told her he wasn't wanting to be friendly.

She straightened up in her chair.

"Yes. In fact I have. Ushinari Clan is growing largely and the old place was way too small. Now we have a whole world. Away from the Humans. At peace with our selves like it should be. With no one to bother us. And no threats since the Portal that leads to Ushinari World is guarded day and night and hidden with many spells." She said. The threatening tone in her voice was un mistakable.

The older dragon heard the threat, and glared at her from across the table.

"And why did you choose a different world? Is there something your hiding from us Young Sunaria?" He growled.

Sun raised her lip and leaned over the edge of the table, the hatred in her eyes cold and menacing.

"What is there to hide?" She spat.

"I don't know. You tell me." He said smoothly.

She stood up and looked at every one at the table.

"How dare you?" She hissed.

"How dare you think I'd go against My own kind?" She added.

"How dare you!" She repeated, her eyes filled with shock, betrayal, and anger.

Frost who had been standing behind Sun with his arms crossed, had been trying to hold in a laugh since the first question. Now he didn't know if he was supposed to hold Sun back or to stand beside her with his sword at the ready. Sunaria! What the bloody hell are you doing?! Whats going on?!" He rushed closer to her, trying to look a tad upset so not to look out of place.

The table was quiet. All eyes looking at her.
The threat of war was sparking in the air. And they all knew it.
She kicked her chair back.
"This meeting is over." She growled, turning her back to them all and exiting the air bubble, turning back into her original form.
What they don't under stand is, Ushinari is the second biggest clan. And that we would most likely win under threat of battle. She sent to Frost.

A slight buzzing noise sounded in her head, some one trying to get in. She whirled around, seeing the male that was from the murderous clan that killed her parents.

What do you want? She spat towards his direction. She glanced at Frost, warning him not to attack.
I just wanted to say that I mean no harm to you or your clan. I do not wish to fall into my fathers footsteps. And I wanted to make peace.
